Councilmembers to Host 2Annual North Ward Halloween Party


NEWARK—Branch Brook Park will again be the site of one of Newark’s grandest soirees. Municipal Council Members Carlos M. Gonzalez, Anibal Ramos, Jr., and Mildred C. Crump present the 2nd Annual North Ward Halloween Party at the park’s Four Diamonds Visitor’s Center. Last year it was estimated that over 1000 people attended the event.

This year’s party will feature music and games, prizes, treats for all ages and pumpkin picking. “We must take the opportunity to acknowledge and celebrate those things that bring us together as a community. We have so much to be thankful for and this party allows us to express our gratitude for the blessings we have received,” Councilman Gonzalez said.

Come one, come all on Wednesday, October 31, from 3:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m., to the Four Diamonds Visitor’s Center in Branch Brook Park. Food, fun and a rollicking good time await all who dare.
